Now I was pretty clear how unhappy I was about Novembers glossybox, and immediately cancelled my subscription after they didn’t answer my queries or help at all. But today, at the doorstep was the December Glossybox!!
Originally when I saw a few previews of the December box I wish I had of many stuck with them for an extra month because I love Sally Hansen nail products so when I saw the box I thought hey, maybe I’ll be lucky.. but of course not!
Again like last months, early deliveries contained much better value and more full sized products, while ones that were delivered later received smaller samples. I understand if this varies month to month, but I received a bad box last month and those who received the earlier box did so again this month too.
Anyways.. What’s in the box?
Gorgeous Cosmetic Lip Pencil
I never used a lip pencil until I received one in the LHI box, and they truly are a good base to apply lipstick and make it last much longer so they don’t go astray in my house! This one is a little darker than the other and is in the colour “entourage”. I have heard a lot about Gorgeous Cosmetics products but never tried before so I’ll be interested to see how this goes.

Bed Head Manipulator
I have never been a fan of this stuff, I don’t know if it is because I’m using it wrong but it always leaves so much gooey residue and never seems to work very well. That was a few years back though, so i’ll give it another try.

Some people don’t like receiving perfume samples in these boxes, because if you went to the effort you could probably pick up a bunch at your local department store but I am a big fan! I love having these little guys in my bag so I can touch up and it does give you the chance to really trial a perfume and see if it suits you, and I have discovered a few great perfumes this way. This is a florally fragrance with top notes of iced raspberry (don’t know how these smell in contrast to normal raspberries..), tangerine juices, peach blossom and fruity juices. It’s quite a nice young scent.

My hair is constantly frizzy and has fly-aways so I am a perfect candidate to test a product such as this, and I will let you know how I go! Luckily I received this in contrast with some ladies who got the Blonde Spray when they were brunette!

Auscreen Sunscreen Lotion
I feel like this is a total filler product, it is a tiny size at 15ml (thats $1.20 worth of product) and I recently received some 40 ml samples in the mail free from Le Tan so I don’t have too much use for this one. BUT you do need to be sunsafe so if I manage to find that one of my handbags or cars doesn’t have one of these in it that is were this will be going!

So that is the glossybox for December, I will hopefully get to the bottom of why they sent it to me as I did complain to them about last months box but even if they decided to send it as an apology I wished they would of told me!! I’ve been going through my bank statements and checking my account and everything..
